Returns

There are NO RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES for 1 gallon or higher, 10 lbs or higher, and custom, bulk, or wholesale orders.

We highly suggest that you place a small sample order first to make sure that the item is right for your needs. 

If you are not satisfied with the 4 oz product you ordered from Red's Flavors, simply return it in new condition within 30 days for replacement or refund. Fill out back of packing slip and include in return package.

Please return your item(s) with all of its original packaging and materials. Please pack your item(s) carefully to insure that they are not damaged while in transit.

All refunds request are processed after our returns department inspects and verifies condition of the item(s). Please allow approximately 7 to 10 business days from when we receive you return for your refund to be processed. Credit card refunds can take 3-15 business days to appear on your credit card bill. Original shipping fee will not be included in refund.

Damages & Missing Packages

Contact us immediately if there has been any damage or shortage. Photograph damages and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported within 5 business days of the arrival/delivered date.

Red's Flavors will not be responsible for carrier errors or delays caused by the carrier or the weather. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Prices subject to change without notice.
